Refund policy

At Majestic Home Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns of unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Used, damaged, or opened merchandise cannot be returned. If an item is returned in used or unsellable condition, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both to the recipient and for returning the item to our warehouse.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances, particularly for items that are returned in less-than-perfect condition or if the return process is delayed.

Return Process:

  • To begin the return process, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at rma@majestichomegoods.com to request your RMA number.
  • Once you have your RMA number, please include it with your return shipment along with a brief explanation of why the item is being returned. This will help us process your return more efficiently.

We strongly recommend that you retain the tracking number for your return shipment to ensure it arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item. If you would like assistance with this process, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
